Thomson’s Online Benefits required a digital product & service design consultancy to redesign their complex pension & employee benefits platform. As enterprise UX specialists, we designed for adaptation, flexibility & integration.
SUS were able to drive growth, reduce operational costs and support sales enablement. The impact to the business was significant, including a 20% increase in pension uptake and the company's acquisition.

Consolidating an ecosystem of products and services to stimulate innovation in their Talent Management SaaS platforms.
This global organisation had acquired a number of overlapping businesses and capabilities in the Talent Management space. SUS was engaged to create a digital strategy that consolidated their product & service offering. This included UX research and ultimately the creation of an experience language and universal UI design system.
We were re-engaged to run an innovation project in a targeted growth area for the business, this involved engaging with stakeholders all over the world to consider how we might transform the enterprise service experience in the HCM sector.

UX & Digital Branding: Enhancing an iconic brand for a unique experience for film fans.
Channel 4 commissioned SUS to create a new cross-platform proposition for Film4.com which brought together the digital experiences for film rental, film productions & the channel. The experience included an innovative tool to support the discovery of new films.
Reinforcing their position as film editor of choice, the website was nominated for a Broadcast Digital Award in 2013.
